Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm Review

Revlon has come out with a new line of those wonderful little balm markers! The new line includes a selection of lacquer balms and matte balms. The one I have here is in the shade Striking. It is a warm tone, orange-red. Price is about $8.99 depending on where you go to get it. 

I am a huge fan of the original balm stains that Revlon comes out with, so I was excited to try this one. It has the same minty smell and packaging as the other ones. The matte balms have a sort-of "mattified"  packing feel to it. 

Pros: 

-good pigmentation and color

-MATTE

-can wear as a tint or as a bold red 

Cons: 

-can make your lips look VERY dry. It is not very moisturizing so make sure you exfoliate your lips before hand and go heavy on the chapstick.
